Boot Camp Class Schedule

Rec Shop Boot Camp’s signature 45 min long workouts include 10 minutes of dynamic warm-up & movement prep, then interval cardiovascular 25-30 minutes of strength training utilizing free weights, resistance bands, plyo-boxes and other equipment. Finishing off with core training and a team stretch together at the end of the workout. Trainers, muscle groups and even workout regimen vary throughout the week so that no one class is ever the same.
